US Department of Justice taking interest in Tina Peters' Case in Colorado is a very good thing.
We all want to see Tina Peters freed as soon as possible, but we also want her EXONERATED. Receiving a Pardon can carry with it implications of guilt, and Tina Peters is guilty of NOTHING.
SHE COMMITTED NO CRIME, WHATSOEVER.
SHE DID HER JOB.
SHE COMPLIED WITH FEDERAL LAW.
SHE WAS DENIED DUE PROCESS and HER CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS WERE VIOLATED.
SHE IS A WHISTLEBLOWER DUE PROTECTIONS UNDER THE LAW.
State of Colorado Officials and many others working in collusion with them engaged in very serious crimes, including but not limited to violations of various US Codes and violations of Executive Orders 13848 and 13818.

I want to see this fine lady cleared; I want her to be completely heard with all the details of what she was trying to present for proof of corruption; I want to see Tina Peters exalted.
