Cowboy already blocks me for "common sense"... but if a Doge Dividend is given to those that didn't pay {income} taxes, then this is no more than another socialist wealth redistribution plan. Refund the taxes that were 'stolen'... More Tax the 'rich' because they can afford it and give to the 'poor' because they will vote for me.
