Personally, I don't think these "El-Ites" cared about "legalities", because after all, the Admiralty Court System of fake law imposed on America was their system so they could continuously get off scott-free for crimes committed, while we get put in jail for traffic summons. After all, Admiralty Courts are BANKS, and indictments are INVOICES for "Charges", and if one had enough money to pay "the invoice", then they could just pay that and walk out the "court" with the Banker's (judge's) blessing.
