They call themselves vampires for their bloody habit, but it is ungodly and so unhealthy and makes them sick in the end. Doubtful they could live that long because of adrenochrome.

The Truth of Adrenochrome will shock you, and it will shock everyone, even me.
Adrenochrome PRESERVES their lives.

That sounds like a legend or a myth. They also eat human flesh and get kuru because we cannot eat our own and survive. Seriously does our God make adrenochrome so powerful for the evil that it grants worldly immortality? He has already granted spiritual immortality to every human soul, whether good or evil.
