Yes none of it legal if they are engaged in Crimes Against Humanity, of course.
Personally, I don't think these "El-Ites" cared about "legalities", because after all, the Admiralty Court System of fake law imposed on America was their system so they could continuously get off scott-free for crimes committed, while we get put in jail for traffic summons. After all, Admiralty Courts are BANKS, and indictments are INVOICES for "Charges", and if one had enough money to pay "the invoice", then they could just pay that and walk out the "court" with the Banker's (judge's) blessing. Even "Murder in the First Degree" has a dollar amount associated with it.

Expecting to ultimately find out the "El-Ites" were always "paying for their crimes" using our taxpayer money, and hence the revolving door.
How did Killary & Bill get off with such a high body count? I think they paid off their invoices with our tax money, frankly.
