hi thanks for asking. i am not the expert here. i did what was recommended by others. i didnt have symptoms but they can be quiet and not show and with the percentage and the safety that is touted and i believe this, i did what was recommended. i went to a feed store for animals (ie horses) luckily one is close to me (i dont have big animals just a dog).the paste comes in a tube you push out. have to be careful when doing it as it will come out all over the floor if your not careful (yup! it happened). take your finger and carefully ease the plunger at the connection to the drug container part until you feel comfy getting it out.btw.you cannot overdose on this stuff so that is a good thing, figure the size of an eraser on a pencil.once a day.if you are symptomatic then they recommend you keep taking it until your responses are gone.look up herxing that is what the response is called. there are people on this site more advanced in info. hoping they add some info.apple taste is better.
