Have looked into Grants over the years.
They like to identify a target to help then cut out those who fit but have a slight exception.

These grant CONTRACTORS are people who like to be IN CONTROL..like King Of The Hill we played as children.
Government is much the same...these controllers like to at all levels push POWER that does NOT belong to them,,they tend to be small minded with antics...reminding you how they can...till a very high up authority pulls them up quick ... letting individual know the power they wield IS NOT THEIRS OR EVEN THERE.

Every so often there is someone truly just. Rare yes..but they shine.

I have watched Limitations & Boundaries put in place to keep you down so you are limited to break out of the maze. Doing it anyway takes you to a better place over all but the breath of penalties still show up.

All true. Been there in the granting meetings. Shocking hubris and disregard for the people’s funds.

My belief is that none of these NGOs that DOGE is slashing don't even exist.

They were all made up by the goverment as a way to funnel money back into their pockets.

How could a person show up for work knowing that they're getting paid to study sandwich menus???

Or show up for work to do a study on high-five techniques???
