same here.. if i had to get the rabies i would go to the local feed store where they were 75% cheaper.. i know my dog well. when hes acting weird or whatever. rabies is the only on i have given him in his life cause i had no choice.. lived in gated community..i also have fed my dog my choice of food for about 10 years now.. i know whats going in that tummy.. he is a very healthy dog. when he did get sick with bloody poops something was wrong. he had been in a one night day care i had used before without a problem (someones home) this time i felt uneasy but said over night (we were moving). brought his food with him.picked him up. went to new house. he immediately went to hide under the couch. never has done that ever. next day bloody stool. never done that either. he was quieter but no pain with palpation of his tummy etc.. went to vet with concern, she didnt have a clue.gave his ivermectin. 3 days later a different dog. amazing.. stools got better over the rest of the week.
