I don't think there is anything dark about Bill Cooper. I believe that he is part of Q-Team, a MEGA HERO and a major White Hat in the rescue & saving of all Humanity. That is my opinion.
I am also eternally grateful for all his efforts to educate and wake up America and Humanity to Truth.
Note: White Hats had to INFILTRATE the Enemy's organizations just as the Illuminati had done to all our institutions. This is very important to remember, because that's the only way organized criminal organizations of any kind are taken down. They have to be INFILTRATED.

Ingrid I believe we have "off planet" help happening 24-7 and mixed right in with us.
Palisade, California was reportedly a community of non-terrestrials (who look a lot like us) living & working with our Human population, working together to better Humanity's overall situation on Earth.
