17 years of litigation (there's that number again) likely puts the date of GITMO negotiations for plea deals happening sometime in 2019. (Original 9/11 lawsuit filed in 2002.) Per Catherine Herridge's statement that also might only be regarding 9/11 Tribunals and not necessarily additional Tribunals for other crimes those individuals likely committed.
Remember when David Straight mentioned in one of his conferences that only a certain number of vetted journalists were given the privilege of covering the GITMO Tribunals? Pretty clear Catherine Herridge is one. Good bet Micheal Baxter is another, IMO.
