I was shopping for clients earlier today and as I walked around the grocery store, I tried to imagine what would be on the shelves once all the toxic foods are removed.

It was an overwhelming mental exercise!

Then I tried to imagine how many of the current toxic foods could be made healthy by removing the toxins and how long it might take to restock shelves.

I would venture to say that maybe 5% of foods sold in typical grocery stores are "healthy". !

Again, overwhelmed my brain! 😂😂

Apparently the "organic" label requires only that a minimum number of ingredients must be organic to get the "Certified Organic" label !
(Added guar gum and carrageenan as thickening agents shouldn't be allowed!)

Side note: Not surprisingly, have slowly tried to convert my elderly clients to more organic produce, no soy, no corn eggs, etc. They've tried, but keep going back to their routine foods.
Love & trust their doctors & pharma! 🤦‍♀️
