He cares about the earth. He wants Tesla free energy , meaning free electric gathered from the air around us. Trump was against the Paris climate accord on the basis that their is no global warming, nor climate change. The Deep State control the weather worldwide. There is no CO2 problem, because the more CO2, the greener the earth is, and thereby; the more oxygen their is in our atmosphere, which is beneficial to us all. Mother earth is perfectly capable of cleaning herself if we just quit contaminating her.
