I can relate, and here in Colorado the primary source of food is controlled by one major conglomerate, Kroger. They have gotten worse and worse. The availability of anything organic has been significantly reduced. Their weekly ads have nothing but junk, processed foods "on sale." Thankfully there is a small natural grocery store in my small town where I can purchase all organic produce. But the other items in the store are limited and very expensive. It is so frustrating and time consuming to shop, reading labels, looking for the best foods available. 🙄
