Just got home from 3 night stay in ER again my pulse rate was really low due to meds they had me on so went through the whole process and test again, however feeling blessed to be home again and all is well at this present moment"

That is my goal and the 1st step was discontinuing that medication, I am looking into natural herbs as a solution and eventually I will be off the other BP med too and be all natural"
