Make Vaccine Manufacturers Liable Again
H.R.9828 - To amend the Public Health Service Act to end the liability shield for vaccine manufacturers
The bill would provide these measures:
Allow families injured by vaccines to sue in court.
Remove the 2-3-year statute of limitations for lawsuits against vaccine manufacturers, opening up the option for families of the injured to sue since the 1986 Act became law.
Remove COVID-19 shots from the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP), which removes all liability protection.
