Look at old pictures, video, TV footage, etc, and EVERYONE was thin in the 70s. People didn't just become pigs.
And you can't blame all the weight gain on remote controls and drive thrus, because guess what: There were remote controls and drive thru's in the 70s. WE didn't have a remote control. We had to get up off our ass and walk over to the TV to adjust it.
But we did have drive thrus. I worked at McD's in HS and we definitely had drive thrus. It's not the drive thrus that are suddenly making people fat. It's the changes in the crap they serve at drive=thrus (and everywhere else) that is causing weight retention.
The 70s were so much better than nowadays in a lot of ways. Knowing now how foul and subversive the ruling elite are, I think the weight gain from food now was intentionally done to mess up health AND self-esteem

Garden using diatomaceous earth to protect the plants from bugs (Diatomaceous earth can be eaten to rid the body of parasites), can your veggies at home, be a picky shopper, and prepare nutritious meals at home, evening walks after supper, and involve the entire family from seed to table to dishwashing.
