I get so confused over the flags.

I'm a-learnin', too! Based on guide to American Flags posted above, my assessment is:

1) the Gold Eagle atop the flag pole means "President" & since they are behind President & CIC Trump, then he's President.

2) The Gold Fringe on the Army Ceremonial & Parade Flag means "suspends Constitution". I assume those American Flags behind President Trump are 4'4"x5'6" Army Flags that show fringe - so means we are under Martial Law, Constitution suspended.

3) the LACK of gold tassles on those flags means NOT under Admiralty Law.

Global Defense War. Emergency Declarations. War On Terror - AUMFs. (see Derek Johnson info)

This Flag display also aligns with the info drop by SG Anon of a letter document possibly sent on March 31, 2024 from the Military to certain officials which states "Military Jurisdiction under Martial Law".

We been under continuous Martial Law since the Civil War. Not rescinded.
