We have a multi-million dollar bike trail that comes near our house, fully maintained every week by a crew of men who mow and blow the grass and weeds off the trail. Paid for by the people driving on the road that is full of pot holes and rough going to work.

Several years they put up road work signs along the road in the spring to take them down again in the fall with nothing done. But, that bike trail is well maintained.
