My son had severe nose bleeds as a child. His holistic dr gave him mag glycinate. The only time he had a nose bleed after that was when he didn't take them. Dr said it's terrible what they do at the ear, nose and throat places, that they freeze the vessels in the nose for patients like that. 😳

I am still working on it. Was taking Magnesium oxide, but then recently things changed up and I added Magnesium Glycinate, although at first it helped, but not helping. I still take the Oxide with that. Trying to find affordable solutions. Still waking up with Charlie horses almost every night. Not just waking up, but have to stand up from bed, as they do not stop.
