Chief Justice Roberts, excellent opinion. Very clear, very concise.
💥 It ought to throw the Merchan conviction OUT THE WINDOW..
💥 Jack Smith got rebuked.
💥 Judge Chutkan got rebuked.
💥 The DC [J6] panel got rebuked.
And the Chief Justice reminded them all
as did the Justice that he clerked for, William Rehnquist,
in the 1981 case that was cited
& Rehnquist worked for Justice Jackson in 1952
in the original Youngstown Sheet & Tube —
they ALL say
IT'S THE PRESIDENCY. Be very careful. Don’t rush.
But Donald Trump had A GREAT WEEK
& he had a great week by not sayin much
but comin in with the Shiv when it was necessary in the debate.
