💥 It ought to throw the Merchan conviction OUT THE WINDOW..
💥 Jack Smith got rebuked.
💥 Judge Chutkan got rebuked.
💥 The DC [J6] panel got rebuked.
And the Chief Justice reminded them all
as did the Justice that he clerked for, William Rehnquist,
in the 1981 case that was cited
& Rehnquist worked for Justice Jackson in 1952
in the original Youngstown Sheet & Tube —
