Regarding clones: supposedly white hats destroyed clone factories but there were already some out in the public, possibly others stored elsewhere, besides in the factories.
I always thought that the Q Team and Military had to eradicate all tunnels, clones, all traces of the evil before the big reveal.
One thing that I recall was - I think - it was Trump who said,
"We had o idea the swamp was so deep."
Also interesting that he's using 'swamp' for a different meaning,
"Swamp the vote."
