Having listened many times to Mike Cottrel, aka Mr. C on MarkZ's Friday A.M. show, I know anything involving Bush, Sr. and monies must be questioned.
Bush, Sr. was a conniving theif in addition to his other charming qualities.
Looking up EO 13303, it primarily protects companies like Halliburton and the military industrial complex.
"Lifting" an EO?
EOs are either renewed or eliminated by a new EO or expiration.
Contrary to Ariels assumption or personal opinion, EO 13303 has nothing to do with the coming revaluation of Global currencies!
Further, as I'm sure you know,
ALL currencies will be backed by assets and be revalued at the same time.
And, only when the QFS or equivalent system, eliminating and preventing nefarious acts or thefts of individuals monies, etc.is assured.
