I worked at LANL and there was a building called Van de Graph still there. They used it as a confined space example because several people died there. I have been in there and it is pretty much preserved I am not sure and have never researched what he did? Or the experiments it was doing?

There was several large tanks in there when I walked in still there power was off to building it was kind of creepy. Seen alot of cool stuff working there. Can’t talk about most of it. Probably filled with mineral oil like a capacitor guessing;) not really funny part is I am a high school dropout and I know a lot more than educated people.
