Whitehats needed the two of them to help round everyone up with actual proof of the crimes that were committed.
There was that satellite photo that surfaced of Epstein Island after Epstein "died" which showed Epstein smoking a cigaratte outside of his mansion.

& you make a good point that Maxwell would be too
revolting as those 2 Mossad agents are.
But I doubt Epstein would be on his island
smoking a ciggie.
If he is alive he's well-guarded
& that hell on Earth island deserted
