I wonder about the ones that have been here for years: green card holders, various visas, asylum, refugee, immediate relatives of U.S. citizen, diversity programs, undocumented, etc. The ones that have already bought up the real estate, own the businesses; run the local politics, fill the schools, entire neighborhoods turned into mini versions of their "home" country...many working (on or off the books), some just getting all kinds of services and free goodies...those that never became citizens, never assimilated, never learned English, never became an American in any way...over the years, they have extablished their mini-home countries right here. What about them?
I mean for years...mass deportation includes them as well, yes?
Will all the insane immigration statuses end?
