This has been a game changer for me, I picked up a bottle of this as I had a knee injury & it was causing pain & loss of sleep (side sleeper)!

Need to get both. Magnesium is the BEST!!!! I once was very deficient. A cardiologist told me to take it. It made a world of difference.

I found info on a use for this spray (Ivermectin) for ppl afflicted with rosacea,
although didn’t have the spray but used the paste you get at your local farm store & it is seeing great results…stay tuned!🌷still in the wait & see mode❣️
