Just saw the video and made this
I doubled the recipe:
1 c. Raw organic honey
2 tsp organic turmeric (pwdr)
1 tsp organic ginger (pwdr)
1 tsp pure vanilla
Stir VERY well.
I put mine in a mason jar w rim/lid to keep on counter
Dose: 1 tsp/day
I tried it just now and itβs powerfully wonderful!!
