I do not eat any of those brands. If your great grandmother wouldn't recognize it or did not have it; do not eat it.

Wheat

Barley

Rye

Oats, Oatmeal

Fried Food – boil, broil or bake

Oils – Oils oxidize in 10 minutes w/ oxygen exposure. Even fresh cold pressed is exposed to oxygen.

Well done red meat (IE No burned fats) – (rare or medium-rare is ok!) Burned fats are carcinogenic.

Any nitrates added to meat – (ie: deli meats) tell your butcher NO NITRATES or NITRITES!

No carbonated drinks. 101 science. Weakens stomach acid.

Skin of a "baked potato" creates acrylamide (carcinogenic) Yam, or sweet potato. If you boil a potato, you can eat the skins.
