I found out that gray hair is actually the result of a copper deficiency.
I stopped coloring my hair almost 2 years ago. It came in pure white.
I've been storing my drinking water in copper pitchers and discovered that liver has the highest copper content of all foods. I hate liver, but found a grass fed liver and kelp supplement.
My hair is gradually turning back to my natural brown color.
I also found out that our hair is an antenna. Since I've stopped covering my antennas with chemicals, my intuition is stronger, as is my connection to Source. 🙏🙏🙏

I stopped coloring my hair too, we don't need the extra chemicals. Many more benefits being natural, although I don't know if I could go without a haircut when it gets too long.

I even cut my own hair, I'm 62 and stopped coloring it three years ago, I have maybe two gray hairs and I thought I'd be white...kind of miss going to the salon, but the scamdemic nipped that in the bud.

Same age as you and gave myself a haircut this summer! It was getting too long and heavy. Been coiling it around and making a bun on the crown of my head, this summer noticed so many women doing the same... most of them much younger than we are! I have some white/gray around my face, I think of it as lightening!

Thanks for the info!
My hairdresser passed away from the jab, so I decided to stop coloring and let my hair grow out. It's almost down to my waist. I do have wispy bangs, but after reading the link in your post, I guess I need to grow them out too!

So sorry about your hairdresser, I love the gal who use to cut my hair and miss going there. The chances of me going and sitting for the half hour to 45 minutes in a salon full of jabbed people is slim to none... reaction to shedding is not fun.
