Usually I Am In
Prone Position
Reading...Then Drift
Into A Gentle Slumber.

Y'all,
I Take A Magnesium
Triple Complex And
Has Changed, Helped Me
Immensely, Including Sleep.

It's SO Fun To Drift Off
Into Sleep... It's A Peaceful
Event...No Jerking
Myself Out Of The Sleep Anymore, As It Was For Decades. I Really Did Not Like That.

Night Night And Yes It Is...
Complete Restful Sleep.

When I Awake, I Get Up,
OR Read, Or Close My Eyes Listen To Teachings, And Catch A Couple More Really Peaceful Hours.

My First Cup Of Coffee
Today Was 10:00am!
That's Because I went Back To Sleep With Ease.

I Normally Awake
3:00-4:00am And
Stay Awake.

I Go With The Flow...
My Ears Always Ring.
Tonight It's Louder.
Variables Of Tones.
I Usually Put It In The Back
And Distract, But Definitely
The Tones Are Multi Layered.
Interesting Tones, High, Higher Pitches... Multiple Wave Sounds, Not Just Tones.

Teeth hurt, ears ringing obnoxiously, plum tuckered out and heavy eyelids winning Lol. Peace! 🕊❤️
