right off the bat & then later by 1/2 again.
The determination of the % of tax

is how much $ it will take to run

This is what I understand too. The RV is supposed to happen too with Mr C entering the codes. I listened to a video that Nana posted and he always disagrees with what everyone else is saying. It stresses me out and I think after giving 7 years of our lives we deserve to better understand what is going to take place. There are so many people I want to help and so many projects I want to work on. To me if I can do that kind of work I would be in heaven.
