Hi Nana. Idk if you remember talking with me a few weeks ago on here, but I have had NDE also.
The Bible is a touchy subject because you're right, but also, as you know, it still contains much truth and connects us to the Creator as He intended.
What I find interesting is how the Roman Catholic Church worked on compiling what THEY deemed canonical RIGHT before they formally organized as an institution. I contend, with no malice toward anybody, that their intention was to hijack and subtley distort Christ's message from their very inception.
Jesus had a church already, called The Way.
The 'doctrine' I like best is Jesus's red lettered quotes.

The catholic church is the synagogue of satan. What else would you expect them to do.

The Vatican has been infiltrated by the Demonic... (but the Vatican is not the Church, the Body is) Satan went after the Catholic Church for one reason and one reason only... because it is the TRUE Church of Christ 🙏

To continue on this I would state that while personal experiences are of great value for the most part there incomparable to what God knows and has revealed to us, the books we have ARE INSPIRED and proven over time to be hid inspired word.

I can say this because every word God promised me coming out of the Occult Black Magic was true not one word proved untrue and since Aug of 1979 has remained true.

Our biases have no effect on actual TRUTH of Scripture except to the weak of faith and heart they can and usually are lead astray easily but those who truly know him also know truth from error.

Nothing is more dangerous to Faith than the shadow of Doubt that is how Satan came in the Garden to Adam and Eve. Satan ALWAYS casts doubt upon God's intent towards us so the real question is do we doubt God's intent in our lives?

WAS GOD unable to keep his word to us pure? Did men outmaneuver God and thus defeat his purposes?

Man's attempts at stopping God's purpose WILL FAIL!

I would agree that God shows us individually daily, and the Bible has been a value in bringing many to see Him & to listen to where he guides our paths.
Nana does not discount the Biblical teachings, but in the same token I know for sure what happened in my actual experience with God during my NDE and anyone that thinks that I should take books written by humans over my real experience with God is more than welcome to that opinion, but no thanks.

Just giving my experience, not pushing any beliefs on anyone, nor am I demanding that everyone that doesn't believe exactly as I do is wrong or damned to hell.
All judgements are up to God not any of us to decide anyone else's infinite soul fate.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and beliefs. I am happy to answer for mine. Everyone will have to answer for themselves eventually.

What I can say for sure is that in the end it is only you and God, no one else's opinion matters.

I would greatly CAUTION all who would over use personal experiences INCLUDING MY OWN to judge God's word.

Personal experience HAS GREAT LIMITATIONS and cannot be fully trusted unless proven true BY HIS WORD!

2 or 3 witnesses of scripture is the rule!

The Word of God cannot be compared in any way, shape or form to worldly experiences which are able to be manipulated by the Demonic realm AND OUR BIASES.

Realities can be deceptive outside of God's reality. I fully agree that MAN can and usually is wrong whenever dealing in spiritual things BUT remember ONLY God can actually direct his word by inspiration of his Spirit mistakes and misleading's can only come as a result of NOT BEING LEAD OF HIS SPIRIT!

YOU ARE RIGHT about SOME books like Enoch and other Historical books that were wrongly hidden from us. Some are simply nonsense and uninspired while these are not and should have been included, the goal was to keep us asleep and it worked until now!

I am not trying to mislead anyone. When you leave your Earth suit you will have your own PERSONAL EXPERIENCE with God and there will not be 2 or 3 other people there to verify it for you.

To try to say when I bled out and left this Earth suit and went to God that it was something that was manipulated by demons is well... you are welcome to your opinion but I think we are done here.

Nana will pray for you that you will learn to actually listen to God more than what humans tell you.

Since the Bible says "Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God", I place my faith in the fact that The Ancient of Days would not allow His Word to be perverted or slanted which would hinder true salvation. The Scriptures which were written were done so by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. H.S. inspired man to write it and I believe to translate it as well. We must be careful not to criticize the Word so as not to blaspheme the Holy Spirit, a sin that is unforgivable. MHO.

The Gospel of Thomas was written 100+ yrs. before the gospels Mark, Mathew, Luke, and John yet not mentioned in the New Testament. There's corruption all right, in the translation of the Old Testament and a perversion of the story of The Christ in the New. Why? 😕😕😕
