Made these egg buns today. Very tasty & easy to make.

4 egg white- beat till very stiff with electric beater
Add to that 1 tblsp gelatin
2 tapa of milk or buttermilk powder
Add the egg yolks - mix on low with electric mixer bout 1 minute
Then hand mix rest so u don’t lose the fluffiness
Drop onto parchment paper on baking sheet about 11 or however big u want
Bake at 400 degrees 6-10 minutes till slightly golden brown.
