Diseases, Depression, Viruses, Violence, and Evil intentions are manifestations of Demons. Thus when you're vibrating at a high frequency, you'll be protected when you encounter violence/traumatic situations. There's a lot of evil in this world, turn that energy around and change the effect it might have on you.
