They felt they could showcase it

I followed the Inspector Lewis series after Inspector Morse ended, however, only started it and lost interest.
Just not the same for me.
The Lewis character always felt 'flat' to me. Blah! 😂
So I never saw this.
It would have gone right past me not having a clue about adrenochrome at that time.
Probably would have assumed it was a new lab made something like meth. 🤦♀️
