Since all this started almost 5 yrs ago now, he has taught me a lot about noticing my surroundings while I am in the dreams, and while having the awake visions & remote viewings.

If you look down at yourself for instance to notice your clothing many times it helps to know the time period. Also taking special note of the specifics of details in your surroundings helps.

Many times the images go by so fast that it is difficult to do, but it seems to get easier as I go.

Since my last round with my back, I have not had as much meditation time, but that is getting better.

Wow. I didn't realize so many 😳 had these experiences, but I did? I saw so much all at once in those states moments of flash learning. It is a pleasure 🙏 ☺ to finally discuss this. For many years I tried. Was attacked.
Made me very "cautious" Nana. I don't wish to speak out of turn, or talk over others. The learnings in the kings list(S) are quite maligned from influence ops. (Opinions)

I seemed to do this as a boy. Dream see 👀 ✨ 😌. Lost it for a while. Q has rung my bell 🔔 a hundred times a week as this has accelerated. Your ideas 💡 and impressions seem to fill in pieces of the puzzle for me. I read Carlos Casteneda, and Ingo Swan's books, and was really led around a lot by some guides, angels, and masters while I was studying 📖. So humbled 🙂 🙏 🤲 by all of the experiences to get here, in this now.

Do you think it was a prior life? How old were you in the dream?

My Guide a few yrs back now showed me in an awake vision a prior lifetime that appeared to be in Egyptian times as well.
He has been my guide for the past almost 5 yrs now, and has been materially with me in every prior lifetime I have remembered except this one.
In that particular one, I remembered a time when we were down it what looked like catacombs underground or in some sort of hallways carved from stone. The doorways appeared to be stone and were all rounded at the tops. He was in a suit of armor. When I lifted up his face plate, I was then taken to a memory of my death there.
The room we were in was of that period and seemed to be of a well-off nature. I had on expensive looking Egyptian style clothing & room furnishings, a white long gown type dress & quite a lot of gold & silver jewelry. I fell to the floor dead, he was standing over me but I knew that he did not kill me.
