Update on my arm. With the baking soda. Let it ride a lil long with intent. Cored that shit whatever it was OUT. Got some betadine on it for one night. BUT now honey. Lets see what happens. WHY THE FK DOES SOME BAKING SODA HAVE ALUMINUM in it DOES that sound normal.

Bob's Red Mill is what I use, it's all natural. They also have other products I use such as brownie mix, white cake mix, and baking powder

Right on. Been looking for clean stuff. Used the baking soda with intent in aluminum just to see what it would do. REGGIE part worked, but now gonna honey it up after this betadine and see what non aluminum does.
