Oh nooo... you must stop eating it... it's not butter. You can make your own with cream. Any number of videos show you. Having it that way might work for your body and not make you sick.....

I don't trust health food stores either, everything retail is profit-based. I prefer natural fat, natural salt, natural sugar.... though we have hardly any way of avoiding everything.... can't wait for truth and real food... and Dear God, let it please be delicious, lol!😂
