Got any words of wisdom on back surgeries?
Anyone?
Fusions?
Ending well?
Extreme pain after surgery for how long?
Better surgery options? Have exhausted all non surgical options already.
Nana will admit that is has pissed me off for yrs, if they can make clones, create hearts and other organs in the lab, why the hell they cant replace discs in the spine!
Was trying to wait to see what new technology but it is taking too long, probably not going to be able to wait.

much love i have one out sideways re discs after a fall in mountains .walk with a stick ..diet can help re nerve pain . plus amino acid suppliments such as glycine and l glutamine NOW is apparently a good company in usa..have you tried an inversion table that works for some if discs out backwards ..qi gong also benifical. but hold on the med beds will be here soon . make sure your gut is working properly no leaky gut as that will affect pain level.
