I honestly only have fasted once (3) days (Feb. 20th)! My appetite still hasn’t completely come back! So I will fast but not as often as You Kiki! I do need to eat! 😂 But I do believe “less is more”! Love to You Always ❤️🥰🙏🏼🥰❤️

Yes!
I feel strangely more comfortable living on air and water, sunflower seeds, apples than full meals. What I eat is tiny compared to a year ago. My body has shrunk, I can't usually finish a plate of anything so I just nibble.

I laugh at my kids when they tell me they are STARVING and aren't going to make it cuz they are getting weak. I now know I can quite literally go and entire week with nothing but coffee and water and perform my daily duties quite efficiently.
