The more I Fast, the less Hungry I am… Like Yesterday, I had to force myself to eat + this morning I couldn’t finish a small breakfast.

I honestly only have fasted once (3) days (Feb. 20th)! My appetite still hasn’t completely come back! So I will fast but not as often as You Kiki! I do need to eat! 😂 But I do believe “less is more”! Love to You Always ❤️🥰🙏🏼🥰❤️
