The more I Fast, the less Hungry I am… Like Yesterday, I had to force myself to eat + this morning I couldn’t finish a small breakfast.

I laugh at my kids when they tell me they are STARVING and aren't going to make it cuz they are getting weak. I now know I can quite literally go and entire week with nothing but coffee and water and perform my daily duties quite efficiently.
