I recall this was the distinction:

National Economic Security and Reformation Act (good)

National Economic Stabilization and Recovery Act (bad)

I always get those 2 confused!!
I DEFINITELY believe
Juan has been trolling all along 😹

He KNOWS the DS listen to his every word
so when he's hesitating in his speaking
he's editing in his head
as to WHAT he's going to SAY & NOT say
what is TRUE & NOT true
what is intended for Patriots
& what is aimed at the other team,
what is code
& what is just plain nonsense!

He's very sneaky
