I was on 2 blood pressure, water pill, heart nitrates and many many more. I am going on 49 this year, started blood pressure meds when I was 26, had small heart attack at 33. I quit all mess about 7-8 years ago. What I have noticed that has helped me is, cut out all red meat, cut out milk, these two things I may consume once every couple months now and I can feel the difference, even snack cakes. Cutting out these 3 things should prove themselves pretty quick, most likely within the first week. For immediate results, definitely do some slow breathing exercises. Meditate if you don't already, start with just a couple minutes and slowly count your breaths. Counting your breaths will remove your focus from anything else. When I breath in, I like to picture myself slowly inhaling clouds from a blue sky, when I exhale a slowly trickling sunlight glistening creek. Can you hear the water.

Joey, reconsider oat milk. Try a different milk and compare your pressure.
