I agree 100% funny thing I went to my bank to change my direct deposit as my bank, a local one, was bought out last summer I asked about the buyout did it have to do with requirements of the QFS and the bank manager quickly said no it had nothing to do with the QFS confirming it lol anyway they told me even though my account number was changing that the direct deposits would still come in to my account because my old bank was "mirrored" in the new bank and would be for the next year as things changed over.
Pinnacle is the one that bought my bank and I am positive my old bank could not meet Basel 3 &4 requirements.
