4:45 We’ve had the ability to do this
for quite a long time.
20 years ago there was
an artificially induced Earthquake in Chile
33 degrees below the Equator
@ 3:33 a.m..
The thing about quakes,
the systems they use
involve so much energy
to actually do a real solid earthquake.
it’s difficult to do unless you have a fault line
that’s already stressed..
you can do things to aggravate it
& make it far worse..
What was “alleged” to have occurred
with Fukushima
was some type of device,
like a nuclear bomb
or one of the other energy generation methods
focused on a very precise point
causing a shelf to fall away under the ocean..
Imagine a huge shelf of Earth all falling down
at the same time over a large area?
It caused the tsunami
that took out the nuclear reactors
& it was artificially generated 💥

I assume he means the tsunami was simply cover for the deliberate demolition and meltdown of Fukushima's reactors. Remember all 4 reactors blew, even though only three contained fuel at the time. Remember there was found to be an illegal internet connection to the reactor operating system. This is the area of his expertise where I would still trust Ben Fulford to be a reliable source.

The first western country to act on the news from Fukushima was Germany. They shut down all their reactors immediately, even though none were likely to have been affected by a tsunami. The same company which ran "security" at Fukushima was deeply integrated in Germany's systems.
