A friend attends a non-denominational church in TN that is heavily focused on deliverance. I take “unseen realm” matters seriously, yet find it hard to know who to trust and what to believe. To be engaged in a spiritual war while knowingly undchooled in critical areas is a bit scary. Are my own crazies from curses or demonic influences?

The enemy wants people to be materialists and atheists, which instantly makes you look the ofhet direction. The best I can do is to trust that better informed people or entities have my back, that I cannot lose by speaking truth, and take whatever grace is on offer for sins of being mortal flesh.

Gab has attracted a clued up audience on spiritual matters, but whenever you raise this kind of thing you either get opinion rammed at you, or an impossible reading list. I know next to nothing about consciousness, and feel vulnerable to woo, witchcraft, or deceit. It’s all a long way from my expertise in computer science and telecoms.

hey, no need to live your own life, what with others having the answers as to how you should live

why learn for yourself, eh, when people who have zero interest in outcomes for you are so willing to guide you (tell you what to do)?

my own Inner debate w others

esp this last year, I have absorbed beginning information as to
creation
human potential
ascension
chosen one concepts
activation processes (shakras, jacobs ladder, etc)
outer/larger earth
religion vs spirituality vs whatever else

I find it maddening but I don't think I've gone mad yet

one dillema for me to make my point
how does the chosen one concept (any version) align with WWG1WGA?
also, how does this concept differ from "the select" of organizedevil (the enemy)?

With each "category" above, there seem to be highly informed people/groups, and with the trance of the enemy waning, information seems more readily available

but is that good at this time?
it looks like a race or competition to me
so I question motives and wonder as to agenda
in other words, i don't fully trust, but whatever is True doesn't require my trust

i read in horror lines men in my family cited as freemason. my sister and i had wondered if a certain line of our family was cursed. yes it is real. all i can say is when i feel all that negative energy, i cite the Lord’s Prayer until it passes. simple, readily available, easy to carry tools are the best.

I had a "new friend" just start sharing something with me recently - which led me on the search where I found this guy... knew she needed more than me... and wanted to clarify my thoughts.

I have already referred several personal friends to him.

I believe we as Christians are told to do what Jesus did...

There isn't anything I've heard so far that doesn't make sense or that leaves you with unanswered questions.

The deliverance summary : Jesus heals the broken hearts.
When our hearts are broken - the enemy torments us.
His little minions get in with doubt, fear, worry, pain, anger.. all of it. .. He leads people through identifying what happened.......... praying through the issue (he explains on his site), repenting if we sinned in response, forgiving, and then telling the tormentors to leave because they have no more legal spiritual right to be there.. and trusting Jesus to comfort, guide, heal......restore.

It is incredibly freeing...

Martin - I attended a non-denominational church for years and saw lots of things - and not having come from that background - but rather a more "black and white" bible base... I knew it was "God".. because a lot was personal answer to prayer .. but also didn't understand a LOT.

Now if you read any of my post - you know I have had something to do with the healthcare industry for many years.. and seeing people suffer - led me to want to understand more.

I also have close friends who have DID (multiple personality) - from SRA (satanic ritual abuse) - that I was completely unaware of..

INMHO - Religion/churches are not the answer to eternal life. The Bible has all the info you need. Apostle Paul, in his letters, teaches salvation by grace and living in this fallen world. Adam's sin gave satan the title to the earth so all is corrupted, man and nature. God had a redemption plan, Jesus, God in flesh, He took our sin on himself, overcame death and offers us the same just by believing in His atoning work on the cross. As believers we are sealed with Jesus' Holy spirit. The spirit is our teacher. Demonic forces? resist the devil and he will flee. He who is in you (the Holy Spirit) is greater than he(the devil)who is in the world. In times of attack pray, stay in the Word, praise &wait for Him. When satan discourages & lies turn those thoughts over to the authority of Jesus. Satan has no power over you were bought with the blood...remind Satan of that. Sounds simple but the Word of God is our sword. That is why Q reminded us to wear the whole armor of God.

Interesting. I was not baptized or brought up in a church and was given my right to explore religion as I was born awake and seeing in multiple dimensions. I joined a church in my teens for the church family after exploring most churches and religions. I've witnessed that most religions are looking at the same God and teach good morals. I just dont believe in original sin. Thats how humanity is led, by guilt of something they haven't done.
