I am watching someone suffering from pride sabotage his life and happiness. Goes to church, but the message of change is always for someone else. Points fingers, doesn’t accept own agency. Won’t take loving feedback and advice. Loses intimacy because strikes out rather than face own contribution. Yet a likeable person with many good qualities. It’s like seeing a crack addict who denies holding a pipe to their own lips. It’s the root sin because it caps all spiritual progress. Lust, sloth, gluttony… can be addressed if we get humble. Pride defeats its own resolution. Keeps you dependent on the matrix sources of meaning in life, too.

🙏👊 Yep, I have lived that before.
Most of them dumped me when I refused a vax. Some dumped me over my MAGA Trump loyalty.
One finally called me this Christmas to see what I am was doing. I said busy working, as usual, ssdd.
I was told that they thought I fell off the face of the earth and must have lost my job and my home, and then "just disappeared" (all because I stopped calling them after being treated like shit so many times, that I decided to let go).
So refusing a vax means my life fell apart? NO! IT SAVED MY LIFE!
I had no deaths in my family to report, but I did not force any family members to get a jab, either!
That was our biggest fallout, besides my horror over their telling strangers at the grocery store to pout on their mask, or how they thought it should be worn properly (over the nose). I would never have jabbed my mother, which they did, and of course, their mother died.
I don't need that shit in my life.
Called hypocrites!

There is a school of thought floating around out there that presents that parasites are possibly the cause of this phenomenon. That they attack the reasoning areas of the brain. Would be cool if this was curable.

Indulging in an irrational pride sometimes is a self (ego) defence mechanism to avoid the failure of self, or at least the acknowledgment of it. Guaranteed this friend would confess all of humanity is flawed as in the case of free will, we don’t always choose light. But turning in on one’s self and pointing out less than best choices, not everyone has the avility to see that as strength and definately NOT weakness. Your friend needs lessons on valuing his own personal quality controls just as he values it in others or the material world. Why would one NOT tolerate rot in his house but allow it in his spirit or mind?
(Definately tell me if I go to far down a tangent with advise. I’ve stayed in a Holiday Inn before but I am NOT a therapist or sage, Martin.)

We have to be vulnerable and like it before we can accept the love and begin to see our programming and change. Reflection, grounding and meditation away from the matrix helps us feel vulnerable. Overwhelming love is hard for addicts to accept because we are self judging and feel we do not deserve love. I began by realizing that there is no original sin. Its a trap of the matrix to make you a slave. If we can start there then we can raise our vibration to the level of being vulnerable and liking it which in turn gives you the ability to meet someone with a higher vibration. Then the real work begins for our 5D selves. Does this make sense?

For people like you & me who have the childhood brainwashing to overcome, it helped me tremendously when I finally figured out that The Bible has been one of the best "tools" in the Toolbox of The Controllers!!! We don't even know for sure if Jesus WAS crucified, but it's for sure the tale passed down to us was manipulated as a means of controlling the masses!! AND.....it worked!! 😜 To be able to break free of all that programing is indeed invigorating!!! It also allows one to cope with a Bigger Picture in an easier fashion!
