The sensitive empaths who can see what is going on and warn others are also the ones who get overloaded and damaged by seeing what is going on and being done to others.

As a fellow (Highly) Empathic Soul, I struggled for years with this "inability to save" people around me.
What has come to me in recent years is the Wisdom that, A: everyOne Here has chosen their experiences long before their Soul came...and, B: It's my job to save myself...just as it Is their job to save themselves.
This perspective has very much helped me in navigating the world, and everyOne In it.
